God has given enough Wisdom and Intelligence to most of us in the human race but quite often we are still looking for some kind of counseling or an advice from some one who has the special ability to enlighten us on specific issues. I therefore believe that all those who are approaching me for Mentoring on some specific issues are as Intelligent or as Capable as me except that on some specific areas, may be as a senior, I can give some kind of a Guidance or Share my experiences which may be useful when some one is faced with a similar situation.
Mentoring in my opinion is a very responsible task and it is the duty of the Mentor to guide in a very Frank and Honest way so that the persons are not mislead or harmed by the opinions or the advice of the mentor. I therefore take this responsibility with all the humility and assure that I will try to guide all the concerned to the best of my knowledge and ability. I will also suggest that after reading about my opinions or advice all the concerned should also take the second opinion of other enlightened people and then only take their final decision.
I believe that with around 35 years of experience in Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Entrepreneurship, I will be able to throw some light on these subjects whenever I come across a question on siliconIndia network. I will also ensure that I will put the same questions and my answers on my blog site “JUST THINK ABOUT IT” so that all my answers on different subjects can also be found there at one place. It will also be easier for me since I will not have to answer similar questions repeatedly from different people.
I am not an expert on building a website however I have made an effort and built my very crude looking blog site which I believe may be good enough to post my messages.
